Product Description
The LW10 automatic L sealer shrink wrapping machine is designed for automated film packaging of bottled drinking water, beverages, juice, milk, cans and bottles. It combines automatic product conveying and grouping with film wrapping and heat-shrink packaging, reducing manual handling during the secondary packaging process.
The machine uses PLC-controlled operation, an adjustable feeding position and a temperature-controlled sealing system. The sealing and cutting blade is coated with Teflon to support stable sealing performance, while the upper and lower fan systems provide hot-air circulation during shrinking. A cooling system is installed after the shrink tunnel to help the finished packages retain their shape.
With a maximum output of 8–10 bags per minute, the machine is suitable for medium-capacity production lines where automatic operation, straightforward adjustment and integration with upstream filling equipment are required.

How the L-Type Shrink Wrapping Machine Works
The automatic shrink packaging machine follows a continuous packaging process:
Product Feeding → Product Grouping → Film Wrapping → Heat Sealing & Cutting → Heat Shrinking → Cooling → Finished Package
Product Feeding and Grouping
Bottles or cans enter the conveyor from the upstream production line. The feeding position can be adjusted according to product dimensions, while the grouping system arranges products into the required packaging configuration.
Film Wrapping and Sealing
The product group is wrapped with shrink film and transferred to the sealing section. The temperature-controlled sealing blade completes film sealing and cutting.
Heat Shrinking
The wrapped products enter the shrink tunnel, where hot air circulates around the package to shrink the film tightly around the product group.
Cooling
After shrinking, the package passes through the cooling section. The cooling process helps stabilize the film and improve the final package appearance.
