Product Description
Yaoshi automatic linear film shrink wrapping machine is designed for automated grouping and PE film shrink packaging of bottled water, beverages, cans, bottles, and other products. The machine combines bottle conveying, product grouping, film wrapping, heat sealing, shrinking, and cooling in one continuous packaging process, helping beverage and liquid production lines achieve consistent and efficient secondary packaging.
The machine is suitable for products packaged with or without a tray and can be connected with a PE shrink tunnel for continuous operation. With PLC-controlled operation, adjustable film feeding, temperature control, and automatic conveying, this automatic PE film shrink packaging machine provides a practical solution for medium-capacity packaging applications where stable operation and simple maintenance are required.
For complete beverage packaging lines, the machine can work as part of a bottled water production line, carbonated soft drink production line, or other liquid packaging systems.

Automatic Film Shrink Wrapping Process
The linear shrink wrapping machine is designed for continuous packaging after filling and labeling. Products are conveyed into the packaging section, where they are grouped according to the required package configuration. The film is then automatically fed, wrapped, sealed, heated, shrunk, and cooled to form a tight and orderly package.
This packaging method is suitable for applications that require multiple bottles or cans to be bundled together for storage, handling, and transportation. For beverage manufacturers, it provides an efficient secondary packaging step between the filling line and downstream handling or palletizing equipment.
PE Film Shrink Packaging
This PE film shrink wrapping machine uses PE shrink film with a thickness range of 0.03–0.15 mm. The controlled sealing and shrink tunnel temperature can be adjusted within 160–260°C according to the packaging material and product requirements.
The machine supports packaging applications for bottles, cans, and other suitable products, including configurations without a tray. For projects requiring tray-supported packaging, Yaoshi also provides a linear film shrink wrapping machine with half tray and a full automatic PE film packing machine with tray.
Integration with Beverage Production Lines

Packaging Process
The automatic shrink wrapping machine follows a continuous linear packaging process:
Products enter the conveyor system from the upstream production line.
Bottles or cans are grouped and arranged according to the required package configuration.
The PE shrink film is automatically fed and wrapped around the product group.
The package passes through the heat sealing and cutting section.
The film is heated in the shrink tunnel at the set temperature.
The package enters the cooling section for shape fixing before downstream handling.
This continuous process helps reduce manual packaging operations and maintain consistent package formation during production.
Packaging Formats
The machine is suitable for different combination packaging requirements based on product size, package arrangement, and film specifications. Typical applications include grouped bottle and can multipacks, with or without a tray.
