Product Description
The automatic shrink sleeve labeling machine is designed for applying PVC shrink sleeve labels to a wide range of bottles used in beverage and liquid packaging production. The machine combines automatic label feeding, precision cutting, bottle separation, sleeve positioning, and shrink treatment to provide consistent labeling performance for round, square, flat, oval, and other bottle shapes.
Built with a full-cover stainless steel mainframe, the system is waterproof, rust-resistant, and suitable for continuous production environments. The adjustable rotary cutting system uses a double-sided blade to support stable and accurate label cutting, while the positioning guide column and synchronized bottle divider help maintain consistent label feeding and bottle transfer.

Labeling & Shrinking Process
The labeling process starts with automatic film feeding and precise sleeve cutting. The bottle is separated and positioned before the sleeve label is transferred onto the container. After labeling, the bottle passes through the shrink tunnel, where controlled heat or steam shrinks the label to the bottle contour.
For irregular bottle shapes, the steam shrink tunnel provides adjustable steam sections to help achieve more uniform shrinkage. The tunnel design also allows separate adjustment of steam height, position, and output to match different bottle configurations.
