The Yaoshi big bottle water filling machine is a rotary automatic 3-in-1 rinsing, filling and capping machine designed for large PET bottles with capacities from 3L to 20L. It integrates bottle rinsing, liquid filling and bottle capping into one compact monoblock system, reducing bottle transfer between individual machines and simplifying the filling process.
Designed primarily for bottled drinking water production, the machine can be configured for large-volume PET water bottles such as 5L, 6L, 8L, 10L, 12L, 15L and 20L bottles. The integrated system automatically transfers bottles through the rinsing, filling and capping stages before discharging the finished bottles to the downstream conveyor.
The 3-in-1 water filling machine uses bottle-neck handling technology to keep bottles stable during transfer and filling. The bottle rinser uses stainless-steel bottle clamps that avoid direct contact with the threaded section of the bottle neck, helping reduce the risk of secondary contamination.

How the 3-in-1 Water Filling Machine Works
The rotary water filling machine combines three main operations in one production unit:
1. Bottle Rinsing
Empty PET bottles enter the machine through the bottle feeding system and are transferred to the rinsing section by the bottle-neck handling mechanism.
The bottle rinser uses stainless-steel clamps to hold the bottles during rinsing without contacting the threaded bottle-mouth section.
2. Water Filling
After rinsing, bottles are transferred to the filling section. The filling valve opens when the bottle reaches the filling position, allowing treated water to enter the bottle.
The diaphragm regulating valve controls the inlet flow, while the filling system maintains the required liquid level. The feed valve automatically stops the liquid supply when no bottle is detected.
3. Bottle Capping
After filling, the bottles move directly into the capping section. The cap feeding system supplies caps to the capping heads, while the magnetic constant-torque capping system applies the cap with controlled torque.
The capped bottles are then discharged to the downstream conveyor for inspection, labeling, coding and packaging.

Bottle Size Changeover
