Product Description
The beverage can filling machinemainly consists of a filling cylinder, filling valves, a can support system, star wheel, transmission system, and sealing unit.
After the cans are rinsed or cleaned, the middle star wheel transfers them into the filling section. The star wheel positions each can accurately under the filling valve while the supporting mechanism keeps the can stable during the filling process.
The filling system uses an isobaric filling principle to control the filling process and maintain consistent filling volume. The filling valve is composed of a valve core, valve body, valve seat, and liquid valve. During operation, the filling valve opens as the can enters the filling position and closes after the required filling level is reached.
