The DXGF series is an automatic carbonated soft drink filling machine designed for the rinsing, filling, and capping of PET and other plastic bottles. It is mainly used for carbonated soft drinks, soda water, sparkling water, and similar beverages.
The machine adopts isobaric filling technology, also known as equal-pressure filling. During the filling process, the pressure inside the bottle is balanced with the filling system, helping reduce excessive foaming and maintain stable beverage filling.
The rinsing, filling, and capping processes are integrated into a 3-in-1 monoblock filling machine, reducing bottle transfer steps and simplifying the overall equipment layout. The system also uses automatic PLC control and liquid-level sensing to maintain stable filling conditions.

How Does a CSD Filling Machine Work?
A CSD filling machine needs to control pressure and filling speed carefully because carbonated beverages contain dissolved CO₂. The DXGF series uses an equal-pressure filling principle to provide stable filling conditions.
The basic filling process is:
Bottle rinsing – Empty bottles enter the monoblock and are rinsed before filling.
Pressure balancing – The bottle is brought into the required filling condition before beverage enters.

Liquid level control – The filling system maintains a consistent filling level through automatic control.
